Successful Vegan Omelette - Free of cruelty food

This is the sequence of steps if you want a successful vegan omelette:

- 4 potatoes

- 1/2 common onion

- 8 tablespoons chickpea flour

- 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt (or whatever tastes like egg)

- 200 ml of water

- oil (necessary to fry the potatoes and onion)

Time of execution: 20 minutes.

Servings: 4.

Steps to follow:

1. Potato: peel and cut 4 potatoes into 1/2 cm slices.

2. Onion: cut into slices and then in the middle, don't worry about the onion.

3. In a bowl: make the non-egg with 10 tablespoons of chickpea flour, 200 ml of water, 1 teaspoon full of pink Himalayan salt (or whichever has an egg aroma / flavor, beat by hand until make it egg style). This you reserve.

4. Now you are going to put the pan on the heat (low-medium) and add a lot of oil (3cm high; when it is starting to get hot, you throw the potatoes and the onion over it. When you notice that they are softening (you are going to crush them 'with a fork or knife), remove them from the heat and remove the oil (you can tilt the pan over a container to drain the oil).

5. Put the potatoes and onion into the bowl with the non-egg and soak them well.

6. On the frying pan, which will have some oil left, throw the preparation and put over medium heat. Cover the pan if you can.

7. After 3 or 4 minutes, check and turn it over, and put the tortilla on the other side.

8. Now leave it for a few more minutes, without covering it.

9. Unmold.

10. Let it sit for a few minutes and that's it.

We have done it many times already and the results are excellent. Let's try this recipe!
